Creators Club Membership Up for Grabs
Whilst I was at GDC I picked up a free Creators Club membership at the XNA sessions. I think it is for four months, but you may be lucky. Anyhoo, I'll give it to the the person who comes up with the silliest game idea in the next couple of days. My decision is final (I consider myself an expert in silliness).
Remember that if you are a student on a course of study you can get a Creators Club membership for free via DreamSpark, but for anyone else out there, this might save a bit of cash. Put your idea as a comment on this post.

A game in which the object is to align hexagons of the same colour in order to make the disappear...Oh wait, it's been done.
Anyone got ideas involving falling blocks that you have to line up? Hope not.
OK, I'll bite...
Instead of falling blocks, how 'bout rising ones. Farmer John is baling his hay for the season. If he looses a certain amount before he gets it to market, he wont make a profit.
Every now and then he shows up on a tractor (or fork lift) and drops off a unstable stack of hay bales on a flat bed. If a bale falls off a stack and hits the ground, wandering goats (horses, etc.) come along and start eating on it. Your job is to put the bales back on the flat bed before the wandering animals make short work of them. The action speeds up over time. Another twist would make the bales different colors (green, yellow, brown) and you could preferentially pick up the most valuable ones.
The name: Bale-out.

Hide and seek,
Have a blank screen and mayb a cursor, the cursor is debatable.
The object is to find something on the screen.
As you pass the cursor over the screen, or just try and guess where the cursor is, the vibration on the control pad gets stronger the closer you get.
You could also add in invisable mazes so its not just a case of clean sweeping the cursor over the screen. Suddenly the cursor would stop moving on the screen abd you have to find the door?
Should be interesting if anyone has the patience to complete it.
How about a game where you have to collect cheese in the land of bread, as an easter bunny, to make eggs for easter...
Well, I have an idea about something but have not really thought too hard on it nor how to implement it. It's basically playing that game where you rest your hands on top of the others hands and they try to slap your opposite hand before you can move it out of the way. The way I thought to implement it was to somehow use the rumble of the game pads to indicate movement somehow....like I said, I have not thought on it too terribly much. But, as far as a no graphics and silly game, I think that fits the bill!!
I have an idea inspired from an episode of the Simpsons where they go to a family counselor...
How about a game where you have 3-4 players each with a controller, and you can use the ABXY buttons to "zap" (turn on full rumble) a chosen other player. (A zaps P1, B zaps P2, etc.)
When zapped, the player tries to get revenge by zapping the other player back. You won't be able to look at other players' hands (either physically blocked from view or "honor system"), so you'll have to guess based on body language and intuition. If you zap back the correct player, you get a certain amount of points based on how fast you react.
Anyone can zap anyone else at any time, so this will all be happening very fast, and could make for some crazy fun. There will be a user-specified time limit that ends the game. Most points at the end wins!
I like Whitney M's idea! That's my .02 vote!
BTW, I already have a CC membership so even if you went with mine, I would kindly decline the gift!
These are all excellent! I really like the Simpsons zapping idea, that is one of my favourite episodes. I'm wondering if you could have some kind of cheat/paper scissors rock based idea, where you all press a button and the person that most people zap is out (bit like the voting on the weakest link).
The slapping game would be neat too, if a bit hard on the hardware.
Any game with cheese is good, but to have the easter bunny you'd probably have to have to have cheese eggs, which might be a bit strange.
The magnifying glass idea is also ace, particularly if you move the glass over a picture of someone you are supposed to be familiar with. And the farmer one is cute too.
I can't decide. I'm going to see about getting CC memberships for everyone who has submitted an idea.
How about a little game in which colored balls bounce across the screen. The player controls a cursor that makes each ball make a sound (I'm thinking different drum beats or hits). Each color has a sound and the player could make music while playing. Not a full on music game mind you, but enough silly fun to entertain a little bit.
How about a game where a trebuchet is constantly flinging cats of different colours past a line, and when players press a corresponding button to that colour the cat makes a squark or cat sound in time to music playing in the background.
The trebuchet could be replaced with a trampoline.
Also, correct me if i'm wrong but won't all students be entitled to have a CC membership when they become a student ?
@JDog,
Yes all students have access to CC as long as you can verify student status. Verifying for alot of people has become a sort of problem however. Don't have the link handy, but a quick search on google using the keyword Dreamspark should provide the relevant information.
I thought I might make a version of the board game "Scotland Yard" in XNA.
One player runs around London whilst the other three try to catch him using buses, taxis and the tube.

Sorry, forgot to mention the title of my game...Cat-a-pult !
Thanks Shawn, I should hope to become a member in the near future.
Ok, ok; a monkey (or chimp) is wearing a suit and riding a bike in an urban environment. Every now and again he will come accross an obstical at which point the player will have to answer a general knowledge question, if the player answers incorrectly, the monkey falls - game over.

That sounds like quite a silly game !
Yeah?...That was the idea.
Although I'm bit late I still have an idea for a silly game: the player controls a group of virusses, in a body, the idea is too make the person as sick as possible while travelling through the humanbody, you'll have to watch out for white bloodcells and other things that might kill your virusses, you'll have to be in the body aslong as possible to earn points so you'll also have to watch out you don't get washed out, if you infect other cells or containemate other parts of the body you'll earn points. That's a bit of my silly game concept

These are great posts. Although I'm late too, here is my idea. The game is called stinky.
Objective: to be the stinkiest person in the world.
Gameplay: multiplayer game in which a player runs around somewhere and throw things around at each other. each player has a stinky rating measured in points.
Isometric game in which players are placed in a bedroom, living room, garden, bathroom, soccer field, etc. As a result, these places provide variety in game play.
How to get stinky points:
1. running (player movement in room increases stinky rating).
2. finding something stinky (picking an item as in dirty laundry for bedroom or mud in soccer field)
3. finding object that cleans other people (picking an item as in perfume and spraying it on another person)
4. game ends when all items are found, time is run out, or super stinky rating achievement.
Imagination for game play animation and sounds are limitless. =)
